We are expanding an international supermarket chain with a plan to develop 100 locations across Ho Chi Minh City and key urban areas.

🔎 SITE REQUIREMENTS

  • Area: 230 – 500 m²
  • Location: High-density residential areas, easily accessible, frontage or near main roads
  • Preferred:
    • Near apartments, residential complexes, urban areas
    • Convenient access and parking availability
    • Strong brand visibility potential
    • HCM, Bien Hoa, Can Tho, Nha Trang and Da Nang City

📑 LEGAL REQUIREMENTS (LANDLORD SUPPORT REQUIRED)
To meet international operational standards, landlords are required to provide the following legal documents:

  • Land use rights certificate / property ownership documents
  • Construction permit & completion documents
  • Approved architectural drawings and floor plans
  • Fire safety (PCCC) documentation (inspection & approval records)
  • Environmental reports (if applicable)
  • Construction completion inspection records
  • Traffic connection/access plan
  • Other relevant legal documents as required by authorities

👉 Priority will be given to properties with complete, transparent, and ready-to-operate legal documentation.
