🔎 SITE REQUIREMENTS
- Area: 230 – 500 m²
- Location: High-density residential areas, easily accessible, frontage or near main roads
- Preferred:
- Near apartments, residential complexes, urban areas
- Convenient access and parking availability
- Strong brand visibility potential
- HCM, Bien Hoa, Can Tho, Nha Trang and Da Nang City
📑 LEGAL REQUIREMENTS (LANDLORD SUPPORT REQUIRED)
To meet international operational standards, landlords are required to provide the following legal documents:
- Land use rights certificate / property ownership documents
- Construction permit & completion documents
- Approved architectural drawings and floor plans
- Fire safety (PCCC) documentation (inspection & approval records)
- Environmental reports (if applicable)
- Construction completion inspection records
- Traffic connection/access plan
- Other relevant legal documents as required by authorities
👉 Priority will be given to properties with complete, transparent, and ready-to-operate legal documentation.
